We have the capacity to change lives.

Sometimes it takes nothing more than a smile, a kind word, an encouragement—or maybe something bolder and more direct. The opportunity is always there. So why don’t we take it?

This has been my prayer: I want to change lives. I want to take life by the reins and say, “God, go for it. Give me the words. Give me the thoughts. Give me the Scriptures. Give me everything I need to change one person at a time for the better.”

And that’s exactly what God has been doing—day in and day out. It’s wild. It’s fun. It’s work. It’s effort. It’s joy. It’s everything I’ve wanted—not just to hope I’m making a difference, but to actually see it unfolding every day.

And this is only the beginning. I know it.
